Three extreme right extremists that stored hundreds of weapons and traced violent attacks against religious and minority objectives have been convicted of terrorist crimes.

Brogan Stewart, 25, from West Yorkshire; Christopher Ringrose, 34, from Staffordshire; and Marco Pitzettu, 25, from Derbyshire, were sentenced at Sheffield Crown Court on Wednesday. The sentence is scheduled for July 17.

According to northeast surveillance against terrorism, men had “the intention of carrying out a violent attack.” The researchers said the trio had formed an online group that “idolized the Nazi regime.”

The court heard that Stewart, identified as the group leader, had discussed torture a Muslim religious leader using what he called a “information extraction kit” that included a torch, pliers, whitening, a syringe and other tools.

In messages on Telegram, Stewart described the victims of torture, saying that “nothing loosen people as seeing a syringe full of bleach.” He also referred to establishing a “new Einsatzgruppe”, a chilling assent to the death squads of the Nazis SS.

The group, which had never been known in person and had only communicated online, had stored more than 200 weapons, including machetes, swords, hunting knives and crossbows. The searches of their homes revealed the weapons cache.

Ringrose had even begun to build a 3D -printed semi -automatic firearm, which the authorities said it would have been a “lethal weapon.”

The trio also identified potential objectives, including mosques, Islamic education centers and synagogues. According to the Prosecutor's Office, they were preparing for what they thought it was an imminent racial war.

They were arrested after security services evaluated the level of threat as imminent. The group had been infiltrated by an undercover officer, which led to its arrests and charges.

The head of DET, Supt James Dunkerley, head of counterpolism against terrorism, the northeast, said that men tried to minimize their actions calling it “simply a harmless chat.”

“These men had joined an extreme racial prejudice. They idolized the Nazi regime, they glorified mass murders.”

“They have accumulated physically weapons, they have built a 3D -printed firearm and were trying to identify potential objectives. This was much more than fantasy. This was something that could have easily moved to the real world,” he said.

The three were convicted of preparing acts of terrorism and collecting information that is probably useful for committing terrorist acts. In addition, Riningrose was convicted of manufacturing a prohibited weapon, and Pitzettu had declared himself guilty of obtaining an illegal stunning gun.
