President Bola Ahmed Tinubu shower on Monday about the Minister of the Territory of the Federal Capital, Dr. Nyesom Wike, for domesticating the renewed agenda of hope of his administration in the capital city of Nigeria.
This is just when President Tinubu declared the commitment of his administration of “see more such milestones replicated throughout the country.”
The president said that Wike has not only located the agenda, but has also become visible to the Nigerians in the FCT.
Represented by the president of the House of Representatives, Hon. Abbas Tajudeen at the inauguration of recently built access roads in the Giri district in Abuja on Monday, President Tinubu said “a deep and sincere appreciation” to the Minister of FCT.
“Honorable Minister, continue shining with the light. Nigeria sees it. And the story will record it,” he said.
The president described Wike as “a man whose quiet diligence and visionary leadership have continued to transform the landscape of the territory of the Federal Capital.”
President Tinubu said that the roads that are inaugurated in the Giri district are more than forms of access, stressing that they are “inclusion bridges, signals of recognition and instruments of national unity; they remind us that development must reach the outskirts as the center touches.”

“Not only has he adopted the vision of the renewed agenda of hope of my administration. He has located it, has made it visible and has made it real. His actions have brought quality and excellence at the door of the communities that long ago in the shadows.
“These recently built access roads are not only infrastructure achievements: they are statements of intention; the intention to open the Giri district and the FCT.
“They show that under this administration, no community is too small, an area too distant, a citizen too insignificant to benefit from the dividends of democracy.”
