The Kwara State High Court has decided the fate of five people connected to a big bank robbery in 2018 in Offa. They have received the death penalty.
Justice Haleemah Salman, a judge from the Kwara State High Court, found these five people guilty. She said they had illegal guns, and they were involved in the bank robbery, which led to some deaths.
The judge explained that these serious actions can lead to being sentenced to death.
