The agents of the Commission of Economic and Financial Crimes, Zonal Directorate of Kaduna, have arrested 11 alleged Internet scammers.
The Anti-Injustment agency declared that the suspects were arrested in broad daylight at White Hotel, the Local Government of Chanchangi in the state of Niger.
They were arrested after credible intelligence with respect to their suspicion of participation in fraudulent internet activities.
Two vehicles and 13 mobile phones of different brands of them were recovered.
“The suspects will be accused of the courts at the end of the investigations,” added the agency.
