The Nigeria police command in the state of Lagos has sealed a church about the alleged murder of a graduate from the State University of Lagos, Lasu, Adedamola Ogunbode.
Benjamin Hundayin, the command spokesman, confirmed the development on Monday while talking with journalists at the command headquarters in Iik.
Hundyin declared that the church, where some people alleged that the 28 -year -old missing ogunbode was killed and buried, had been sealed to prevent fire.
He said: “The Church was sealed after intelligence reports that some people planned to burn it from revenge, and we don't want that to happen.
“It is still a suspicion of the scene of the crime. We still need to review it, and we may need to visit the scene several times to gather evidence. “
Hundyin also declared that a public update would be provided as the investigation progresses.
According to him, three suspects have been arrested and detained in regards to investigations.
