An explosion has killed two children in the Abakpa community in the areas of the local government of northern Kaduna in Kaduna
Three others were injured during the explosion that occurred on Tuesday, adjacent to the old site of the Nigerian Defense Academy, Nda, in Kaduna.
The two children, identified as IMAM and a six -year -old girl Nasrin, were between 13 and 11 years old.
At the time of publication, the cause of the explosion had not yet been established, but security agencies are on the incident scene to investigate the incident.
A resident of the area, who did not want to be mentioned, told our correspondent that he was bathing when he heard the explosion and ran out.
“The explosion occurred very close to my house. So, when I heard it, I went out to see what had happened. I saw one of the affected victims, Imam, and tried to take him to the hospital, but he died before arriving at the hospital.” Said
