The Judged Boss Court I, sitting in the capital of the state of Adamawa, Yola, has sent a businessman, breast Duma, supposedly permeating and then aborting a three -month -old pregnancy of housewife.
The court ordered the return of the man when the defendant was prosecuted before him, after a complaint filed by the woman’s husband, Ahmadu Lawal.
Lawal, who is from the city of Yola in Yola South Lga, told the court that the defendant, who lives in Wurojabbe in Yola North Lga, was having an adventure with his wife.
He told the court that he learned of the adventure last year and that he had called the man on the phone three times to warn him, just for him to continue the relationship.
He added that the man made his wife abort his three -month pregnancy, after which he informed the accused of the police headquarters in Yola.
He said that the defendant and some of his friends begged him to withdraw the case, promising that he would stop seeing his wife.
He said he withdrew the case, only for the defendant to continue the matter.
However, the defendant denied the accusations when they were read, which caused the court, chaired by Chief Magistrate Muhammed Njidda, to order them to withdraw in prison custody.
The chief magistrate postponed the case as of September 1, 201025, for the beginning of the trial.
