Bandits reportedly killed the head of Galla district, under Borgu emirate in Niger State, during an attack on his palace.

The incident was revealed by security analyst Bakatsine in a post shared on X on Monday.

“Bandits killed the chief of Galla district, under Borgu emirate in Niger state, during an attack on his palace.

“Reports say that the monarch was attacked after warning bandits to stop entering his community,” Bakatsine wrote.

He also revealed that the deceased traditional ruler was the brother of the Minister of State for Agriculture and Food Security, Senator Aliyu Sabi Abdullahi.
