Nollywood actress, Omotunde Ogundimu, has made an emotional appeal to Nigerians for financial help as she continues her battle against cervical cancer.
Ogundimu, who revealed that he has been fighting the disease since 2024, broke down in tears while speaking about his health problems and the difficulties he encountered during treatment.
The actress made the call during an interview with Biola Adebayo, which was later shared on social media.

Speaking about her condition, Ogundimu said the treatment she had undergone had also left her with serious side effects.
“I have been fighting cervical cancer since 2024. The treatment I received also has side effects like my butt hurts when I go to urinate,” she said.
The actress, who said she is currently struggling to raise funds for further treatment, expressed her exhaustion over her prolonged health battle.
“I just want to be well. I’m exhausted. I want a peaceful life,” she said through tears.
Ogundimu appealed to Nigerians and well-meaning people for support and said she was not sure who else to turn to for financial help.
“I beg Nigerians to have mercy on me. I still need treatment. Please have mercy on me. I don’t know who to call or where to get money. Please help me,” he pleaded.
Her emotional appeal has continued to attract the attention of fans and colleagues in the entertainment industry, with calls for support for the veteran actress as she seeks funding for her ongoing treatment.
