The Anambra state government has announced that any woman seen in public without wearing pants or fasteners under their dresses would be arrested.
The announcement was made by an official of the State Security outfit.
In a video of trend on social networks, the announcer was seen in a security vehicle with a strong street speaker.
Speaking in IGBO, the announcer declared that the directive is by Governor Chukwuma Soludo.
