The gunmen have kidnapped a man from Zawachiki Quarters in the area of the local Kumbotso government of the state of Kano.
The victim, identified as Aminu Abdullahi, was taken around 11:30 am on Saturday when the attackers invaded the community.
Zagazola Makama informs that the police said they received the report around 7:45 am on Sunday.
The Kumbotso Divisional Police officer led a patrol team to the area.
According to the sources, the police have also taken a statement from the victim’s son, who witnessed the kidnapping, to help in his investigation.
