Boyfriend, three friends arrested for allegedly killing the wife in the marathon sex

The Jigawa State Police command arrested the 20 -year -old boyfriend, Auwal Abdulwahab and his three friends for allegedly coercing his girlfriend in unseen sexual activities.

Command spokesman, sp. Lawan Shiisu Adam confirmed the incident in a statement issued to Daily Post.

He said that the incident occurred on 04/26/2025 at 2200 hours in Tungo Village, Albasu district in the local government of Sule Tankarkar.

Shiisu said it is suspected that the newly married man orchestra an incident against his wife a few days after his wedding.

According to him, “it is alleged that the boyfriend conspired with his three friends, namely Nura Basiru, Muttaka Lawan and Hamisu Musa, entered his marriage home with the intention of coercing his girlfriend in unseen sexual activities, while in the process, the wife said he died.”

He said that preliminary investigation revealed that the bride had disagreed with her husband in marriage relationships until her wedding.

Shiisu said that upon receiving the report, the police team hastened to the scene and the body was evacuated to the General Hospital of Gumel for his medical exam and the doctor on duty confirmed his death.

He said that the body was released to his parents for burial, while the four suspects involved have been arrested and detained for discreet investigation.

The Police Commissioner, Jigawa State Police command, CP in Abdullahi, has ordered the case to be immediately transferred to the state CIDDE Dutse for discreet investigation.

“After completing the investigation, all suspects will be prosecuted accordingly.

The suspects will face two positions under the relevant laws of jurisdiction, including criminal conspiracy and guilty homicide, ”he said.
