As part of the activities to commemorate Democracy Day 2025, a consulting firm, Joenewideas International, has pledged to support the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu with the creation of 20 million jobs for Nigerian young people.
The managing director and executive director of the firm, Professor Ifemenanwa Joseph Okeke, announced this during a press conference in Awka on Wednesday. He said that the company's support is aligned with the renewed hope of President Tinubu and will be implemented through several skills acquisition programs.
Professor Okeke declared that labor opportunities would cross political, ethnic, tribal and religious affiliations, focusing on national inclusion and development.
He revealed that the works would be created through an initiative of “waste to wealth” focused on the recycling of human and agricultural waste products. The beneficiaries will be trained in the manufacture of industrial solar energy systems, recycling technologies and the manufacture of agricultural machinery.
According to him, “Joenewideas International, an International Consulting Firm for Green Energy Development and Promotion, made a unanimous decision to associate and support the current administration of President Tinubu due to his leadership style and committed to democratic values ​​in Nigeria.”
He stressed that the initiative is not driven by profits, but aims to help the president realize his vision of economic empowerment for Nigerian young people.
“We are not doing this to obtain many profits, but to support Mr. President to allow him to achieve his vision of making each Nigerian work employer.

“We are going to use what we know and what we have through our programs for the acquisition of skills to train the 20 million unemployed young people in the states of the Federation, including the territory of the Federal Capital, FCT abuja. We want all Nigerian young people under this current administration to be legally involved in doing one thing or the other,” he said.
He praised President Tinubu for his commitment to democratic values ​​and national development, describing his leadership as a lighthouse of hope.
“We are honored to extol the virtues of Mr. President, who has constantly demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the growth and development of our beloved country, Nigeria. His leadership and vision have revived hope and inspired a new generation of Nigerians to embrace democracy as a way of life.

Professor Okeke also requested the collaboration of federal, state and local governments, as well as investors, religious institutions and other relevant stakeholders, to update the company's job creation objective.
“As we mark this important day in the history of our nation, we recognize the tireless efforts of President Tinubu to strengthen democratic institutions, promote economic growth and guarantee the well -being of all Nigerians. He used the occasion to appeal to the president not to give in his efforts to transfer the country to the next level.
