Super Eagles midfielder Joe Aribo took a double for his Scottish team, the Rangers, when they defeated bottom line Hamilton 8-0 to maintain their unbeaten streak this season.
Aribo’s goals came at 19 and 36 minutes.
The victory brings Steven Gerrard’s team’s winning streak to six games and a total of twelve out of fourteen games.
The Rangers, who have played two more games than their rivals in Glasgow, showed why they are now the bookies’ favorites to end Celtic’s record streak of nine consecutive league titles.
The Rangers have improved tremendously since Hamilton surprised them during the latter’s last visit to Ibrox in March, going undefeated in 20 games in all competitions this season.
His Super Eagles teammate Leon Balogun appeared for the entire duration of the match.
