Nigerian singer Seun Kuti shares a big challenge in his marriage – his wife’s monthly allowance.
He spoke about this in an interview session called Pulse Fun Facts. During the session, couples asked each other questions.
In a popular video on the internet, Seun’s wife, Yetunde, asked him, “What is the hardest thing you face in our relationship?”
Seun replied, explaining how much her allowance costs each month and how tough it is to gather that amount of money.
He said, “My wife’s allowance is very high. I pay her millions every month. This is hard because I have to work a lot for it and it’s not simple. The number is very, very big. I think I was under a lot of stress when I agreed to this amount.”
