The Adelev Assistant meets Chinese investors to boost Osun’s economy

As part of his efforts to boost the economy of the state of OSun, the special assistant of the governor Adela Adelek, Olaniyi Akinloye, met with foreign business professionals and investors in the state of Lagos on Saturday.

The meeting was held in the Eastern hotels, Victoria Island, Lagos, on Friday was facilitated by the President, Alfonso Group, Mr. Gbenga Ogundipe, in association with Sinnvoll Group, and the governor’s assistant on foreign associations, Mrs. Helen Oduyemi.

The event brought together foreign business professionals, investors and business analysts, most of whom are Chinese citizens of several sectors, including tourism, agriculture, mining, telecommunications and aviation, among others.

AkinLoyo reiterated the preparation of the government for business in the state, through the Investment Promotion Agency of the State of Osun (Osipa) and other relevant government ministries and agencies to guarantee foreign direct investment in the State through public-private partnerships to boost the state economy.

“Osun is ready and always open to commercial associations, both locally and internationally. The State, under the leadership of Governor Adelade Adelek, has facilitated the state business environment. Osun is safe for companies to advance and protect investments.

“The Osun government has also strengthened OSun’s security architecture to allow safe, standard and profitable business settlement,” Akinloye said.

In their separate comments, the Huawei and Alfonso teams declared their intention to collaborate with the OSun State Government in the areas of telecommunications, agriculture and tourism.
