Three Fulani leaders, including the Chairman of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria, MACBAN, Kwara State Chapter, have been arrested for their alleged involvement in kidnappings and patronage of armed bandits.
According to security reports, the Miyetti Allah leader has admitted to assisting in multiple kidnapping operations linked to armed Fulani bandits.
The suspects are said to be in their 60s, people who should serve as voices of peace, now accused of fueling terror and violence.
The case, however, highlights the alleged moral failure of specific individuals, not an entire community, and underscores the need for full accountability under the law.
