A bus accident happened on the Abaji-Toto road in the Abaji Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Sadly, the driver and one passenger died, and eight others got hurt.
This crash happened around 2 PM. A witness said the bus, a Sharon, was taking passengers from Nasarawa to Kogi State.
The bus hit a tricycle right in front of the police station in Abaji town.
After the crash, the bus flipped over and fell into a ditch, the witness mentioned.
A worker from the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) confirmed the accident. They took the injured people to Abaji General Hospital for help.
