Court Orders Man to Determine Children’s Support Allocation

Must Read

Sure, I can rewrite this blog post in a simpler, easy-to-understand way. Here’s the new version:

One day, a man named Musa Hussaini had to spend some time in a special court called Shari’a Court, in a place called Kaduna. The court wanted him to think about how he would take care of his four children.

Hussaini’s ex-wife, Hajara Sani, who is the mother of their four kids, asked the court to help her get back some things from Hussaini. She told a news agency in Nigeria about her request.

Hajara said that Hussaini sold two chairs and a television that belonged to her. He also made her sell her bed.

She explained to the court, “I want you to confirm that Hussaini really divorced me three times.”

“I also want you to make him take care of our four children,” she added.

Hussaini replied to the court, saying he did divorce Hajara three times but at different times. He said he sold the chairs and TV with her permission to fix his tools because he works as a vulcanizer (someone who repairs tires).

He said he got ₦5,000 (Naira, the local money) for the chairs and TV and another ₦6,500 after selling the bed. He asked the court to let him pay the money back in small payments of ₦2,000 every week.

When the court asked how he would take care of his kids, Hussaini admitted he had no plans for them at the moment.

The judge, Malam Mukhtar Aliyu, decided to keep Hussaini in court for a few hours. This was to make sure Hussaini thought about how to provide for his children. The judge set the next court date for September 25 for more discussions.

I hope this version is clearer and easier to understand!
