The Abia State Police have said that a terrible accident happened near Umuika junction on the Enugu-Aba-Port Harcourt Expressway on Sunday.
The crash involved a Toyota Sienna Bus from Abia Line Network Transport LTD and a truck. Sadly, eleven people died, including two babies.
The Police Spokesperson, ASP Maureen Chinaka, told DAILY POST that her office knows about the accident. She said they are still looking into what happened, but she did not say more about who was hurt or how many.
Right now, the bodies of the people who died are at a mortuary.
