One of the police officers, named SP Moses Yamu, told everyone about this on Wednesday in a place called Benin.

On October 5, the police from Ehor Station found a person in a place called Irue Community who had a Beretta pistol. That’s a type of gun that people aren’t supposed to just carry around.

Then, on October 6, the police stopped a secret meeting of a group called Eiye Confraternity in Egbeiri community, also in Benin. They arrested two more people there.

While checking the place, the police found a homemade revolver gun and two other simple guns.

The people they caught told the police they did bad things, and they will soon have to talk to a judge about it.

The boss of the police, who is called the Commissioner of Police, told the people living in the state that the police are doing everything to make sure everyone is safe and to stop crime.

This police boss also said that the big boss of all police in Nigeria, named Inspector General Kayode Egbetokun, has said that groups that are not part of the government cannot do anything bad in the state.

The police want everyone to know they will not allow anyone to carry guns if they are not supposed to have them. They are serious about keeping the whole community safe.
