A 23 -year -old man, Victor Faleye, has been arrested in custody in a correctional center after reading charges for allegedly contaminating and permeating a 15 -year -old girl in Lagos.
Faleye, whose residential speech was not revealed, appeared before a court of main magistrates in Ikorodu on Thursday by a position related to pollution.
According to the Prosecutor's Office, directed by Asp Aminu Isaac, the alleged crime took place around 9 pm on January 10 or before in No. 26 Okuno Street, Awono Estate, Igbogbo, Ikorodu, state of lakes.
Isaac told the court that the defendant is accused of participating in illegal sexual activities with the child, which, according to the reports, resulted in pregnancy.
The alleged crime, said the prosecutor, violates section 137 of the Criminal Law of the State of Lagos, 2015.
The Chief Ba magistrate Sonuga did not register the defendant's plea and ordered his return in a correctional center. He also ordered that the case file be sent to the Director of Public Procedures of the State of Lagos, DPP, for legal advice.
The case was postponed to June 30 to obtain more procedures waiting for the DPP review.
