A police inspector died after a fatal accident that involved two trucks at a control point along the Abeokuta-Sagamu highway in the state of Ogun.
The incident, which occurred around 12:30 pm on June 29, took place near the control point of the judicial complex.
According to preliminary reports, a FAW truck that transported 900 cement bags approached the control point at high speed and without proper caution.
The speeding vehicle crashed with a mini stationary truck that had stopped in compliance with the control directives.

He was quickly transported to a medical center in Lagos to receive treatment.
